It's up to you to make sure that I received your picks. Here's how (revisited)!

One of two things will happen when you click the "Send your picks to Jim" button.

1. If you make a mistake

When you fill out the form to submit your picks, you must fill out the form completely! If you don't, when you click the "Send you picks to Jim" button, you will see a screen with the following error message.

Error: Blank Fields

The following fields were left blank in your submission form:

(The fields that you left blank will be listed here.)

These fields must be filled in before you can successfully submit the form.

Please use your browser's back button to return to the form and try again.

2. If you are successful

If you made a pick for all games (14 or 15, depending on the week) and you entered your name and email address, you will see a screen containing a list of your picks that reads at the top

Your picks for Week #

Date

ATTENTION: Print this page!

This is your proof that you submitted your picks on time!

If you get to this page, you will also receive an email confirming that I received your picks. When I check my email, I manually add your name to the "Everyone's Picks" table for the week in question. If you check back and find that I never added your name, you should assume that I never received your picks.

Mike Jr. and Rob Perry found this out the hard way last year.

This system worked perfectly last year. If you don't get an email within minutes confirming that I received your picks, assume that I didn't receive them and submit them again. If I receive multiple entries from you, I will check the time stamp on the email and take the earliest. Please make every effort to submit your picks via the form. If, for some reason, the website is not available, I let people submit their picks via regular email. However, I try to avoid this because it takes me much longer to log the picks which, even when you use the form, is very time consuming for me!

Thanks for understanding.
